How do I find the jewel inside my candle?
As your candle burns, a gold or silver foil pouch will eventually be revealed. Once the wax has melted sufficiently around the pouch, extinguish the flame, use tweezers to carefully remove it, and unwrap your new piece of jewelry.
What is the estimated value of the jewelry?
Every candle contains a piece of jewelry with a retail value between $15 and $5,000. Each piece comes with a unique code that you can use on our website to discover its official appraisal value.
What kind of wax do you use in your candles?
We use a premium, eco-friendly soy wax blend designed for a clean, long-lasting burn and maximum fragrance throw. Our wicks are made from 100% lead-free cotton.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Can I return a candle if I don't like the scent?
We accept returns on unlit, unused candles in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. However, once the candle has been lit or the jewelry has been removed, it is no longer eligible for return.
Can I choose the specific piece of jewelry I want?
The specific design inside each candle is a surprise! While you can choose the candle scent, the jewelry design and value are randomly placed to ensure every reveal is a unique experience.
