At Fragrant Candle With Real Jewels, we want you to be enchanted by your discovery; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unburned candle within 30 days of purchase. Please note that candles must still contain their hidden jewel in its original, sealed packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a prepaid shipping label and return authorization code.

  Secure the Jewel

  Ensure the candle is unlit and the hidden jewelry pouch remains undisturbed and embedded within the wax to qualify for a return.

• 3.
  Pack with Care

  Place the candle in its original gift box and use protective padding to prevent breakage during transit before sealing the package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
